Richard holds an undergraduate degree in finance and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. Richard is a professional member of the Home Builder’s Association of Greater Little Rock, where he served as president in 2006. Richard is currently serving as President-Elect with the Arkansas Home Builder Association.
